The Foundation of B.O.L.D N UNITED
B.O.L.D United was founded in March 2021 by Kimberly Ingram and is rooted in the belief that every person with locs embodies beauty, strength, and confidence at every stage of their journey. B.O.L.D originally stood for Beautiful, Optimistic, Loc’d Divas, created to uplift and celebrate women embracing their natural locs with pride.
Our Evolving Vision
As the movement grew, so did the vision. Today, B.O.L.D United proudly includes both women and men, with men representing B.O.L.D as Built on Loyalty and Determination. This evolution reflects the heart of our mission—to unite individuals through their loc journey while honoring diversity, resilience, and self-expression.
